Codeboom Club of CSE department, CGC-COE organized a half day coding event named NARCODES.

On 8th February 2019, Codeboom Club of CSE department, CGC-COE organized a half day coding event named NARCODES. The main motive of the event was to encourage maximum participation among students and cultivate confidence and to enhance their programming skills. In today’s competitive world, participation in various technical events builds confidence among students and also help them to explore their potential. The event was organized with a purpose that the students should be able to brush up their skills to get better Placements. Introduction The event was a coding competition on the Online Coding Ninjas Platform. Winners of event were awarded with medals for their hard work and talent. 1. Akash Singla- Gold Medal 2. Akshit Bansal- Silver Medal 3. Shivam Mittal- Bronze Medal Dr. VIKAS DHAWAN, Director-Principal, CGC- College of Engineering was mesmerized by the efforts that the young co-coordinators and the faculty members put into this event. He appreciated and congratulated the Winners. DR.AMIT VERMA, HOD-CSE was pleased with the event. He said that the events were organized with great zeal and the active participation of the students pleased him the most. He wished to see more such technical events to be organized in the upcoming future. Event outcome Event was conducted successfully. The discipline was maintained through the entire event. The event helped the students polish various skills they had. The recognition they got, in terms of medals and certificates, motivated them and it left a positive impact all over. The event helped participants to boost their technical knowledge and to revise the concepts required for placements.
