Gymnasium
Each day find a new “Person” within yourself! Never give up! That’s exactly what our fitness and strength trainers have to say to each individual at the gym. While staying mentally sound is of great importance, physical strength is what shapes us on the outside. A healthy body and mind gives mental peace and exuberance to grow, be it students or employees, CGC, Landran provides a state-of-the-art gymnasium fully-operational with the latest fitness equipments within the campus. Instructors and trainers are available throughout the day to train the students.
The gymnasium at CGC, Landran can accommodate up to 150 to 200 students at a time. To give equal space and privacy we have separate centrally air conditioned gyms for boys and girls. The girl’s gym is located within the hostel limits and is equipped with – treadmills, Cross training, cycling, Strength machines and a dedicated area for aerobics and cardio exercises. The boy’s gym also has all the latest equipments along with – power lifting, weight training, and special training and strength machines. The activities at the gym help the students stay fitness conscious keeping them in good shape, building confidence and pushing the adrenalin to higher levels.!
