CHANDRAYAAN MAHOTSAV

Department of Science and Computing, CGC-COE has taken an initiative to organize a Poster Presentation on Space Science and Technologies. The event CHANDRAYAAN MAHOTSAV was organized on 6th September, 2023 with an objective to promote the achievement of of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoS&T), and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) of the Ministry of Education (MoE) of Govt. of India.

Poster Presentation is the interactive medium which serves to simulate dialogue between the viewers and presenters. Following the same theme, Students of Graphics & Web Designing and Multimedia participated in the Event with a great enthusiasm and exhibit Posters showing the highlights of Chandaryaan whose mission was to develop and demonstrate new technologies necessary for interplanetary missions. Students with best posters having all the elements of Spaceship were judged and awarded.

This event was organized with a motive to celebrate the success of India and to enhance the knowledge of student community in the area of spaceship. It is a marvellous achievement for India's space programme - and symbolic of an important moment in geopolitics.
