Industrial Visit to Grazitti Interactive, Panchkula

Event Objective: The visit was organized to help the students to gain knowledge regarding functioning of the company which presents the students with opportunities to plan, organize and engage in active learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. The visit gave them valuable insights to students on how to design, create, test, and deploy a complete website or application along with support and maintenance tips. They also got apprised of the new technologies, client dealing and projects to undergo internships.

About the Event: The event went great. About 55 students from B.Tech CSE 2nd year participated in the industrial visit. The students and staff members experienced the technical endeavor in the company. The company persons also appreciated our students after the question answer sessions. Visit seems to be very informative and a good learning experience for the students.

Technical Aspect: The technical aspect of the event focuses on ensuring that the presentations and demonstrations run smoothly and effectively. Key components include:

• Audio-Visual Equipment: Ensuring that the venue is equipped with adequate sound systems, microphones, projectors, screens, and lighting to facilitate clear communication and presentations.
• Internet Connectivity: Reliable internet access for live streaming, online interactions, and social media engagement if applicable.
• Seating Arrangements: Arranging seating in a way that promotes interaction and visibility for all participants, including those with accessibility needs.

Event Outcome: Scope of improvement is that more number of such industrial visits to be organized to companies like this, where hands on experience is provided.
